This project began as a larger development plan along the Sandusky River in historic downtown Tiffin, Ohio. The purpose and goal of this initial phase was to activate the riverfront and create much-needed housing to the Tiffin community. The building consists of a first floor podium that houses retail and amenities, with five stories of apartments above. Apartment types range from studio to two-bedroom units. Retail spaces have access to outdoor seating. A riverwalk, open to the public, was created to provide access and enjoyment to the riverfront. The design of the building was articulated to pay respect to the historic nature of the surrounding area. Approval was granted by the Architectural Board of Review and construction is expected to commence in 2024.
