Madison Place Apartments is a project that converted existing riverfront office space into 187 apartments. John Senhauser Architects was brought 
on board to provide Interior Design services. Working with the Architect of Record, Phoenix Architecture, we managed unit layouts to provide more efficient use of space and more generous living areas.  Our scope included designing and documenting sixteen different kitchen types and providing three unique finish palettes for the apartment units.  Amenity design included a coffee area, lobby seating area, clubroom, mail room, fitness, yoga, massage room, and outdoor terrace. Other common areas, including corridors, elevators, and elevator lobbies, were also part of the design 
package.  Through color, texture, pattern, and detail we tied the interiors to the overall project branding creating a cohesive market identity.
